Terms & Conditions

I only accept PayPal, but you don’t need to have your own PayPal account to purchase any of my items, just a Credit/Debit Card.

Payment / Currency - all amounts shown are in £Sterling, but you can purchase in any currency - PayPal makes the conversion automatically at the checkout. Please note that as exchange rates constantly change, the result shown may vary from the amount deducted from your bank account.

Posting & Packing - The cost of P&P is included in the price of each item.

Shipping & Delivery - All packages will be sent via 1st Class post in the UK, and Airmail for overseas. I always obtain proof of postage, and Royal Mail automatically insure all sent items up to a value of £25, £30 for Recorded Delivery and Air Mail. All items will usually be sent on the next working day, and if there is a delay for any reason, I will contact you via e-mail to let you know. Mainland UK deliveries can take 2-3 working days, Airmail deliveries take an estimated 7-14 days depending on location.

Privacy Policy - By choosing to accept PayPal within this site as a secure method of payment, I also adhere to PayPal's Privacy Policy. As a seller, I do not receive any details regarding credit or debit cards; and all money transactions are dealt with by PayPal. The only personal information I receive is your e-mail address for communication, and shipping address for sending items. I will not share this information will other party or persons.

Returns Policy - If you are genuinely dissatisfied with your item, please contact me by e-mail within 7 days of receipt of goods to arrange for any returns. Items must be returned within 10 days of receipt, and you should obtain proof of postage - this is important for proving that you have sent me the item and for any claims, if needed. Refunds will be given less £1.50 to cover the cost of postage & packaging.

Returns Disclaimer - The item must be returned in the same condition it was sold in. Please be aware that a refund will not be given if the item has been damaged in any way, or if the 'care' instructions have not been followed. Care instructions will be included in each package.

Commissions/Custom Orders   - Please feel free to use the contact page to enquire about commissions or custom orders. This may take a couple of weeks, as I will usually have other projects that I'm working on at the same time. If you have a specific time-scale or budget, please indicate this in your e-mail.

Pricing Policy - Prices are based on the cost of the basic materials used, and the time spent in making it. More complex items (which take longer for me to make) will obviously be more expensive. Please remember that P&P is also included in the price stated.

Allergies - I try to use low-nickel findings where possible, especially for items that will be worn, as in the case of earrings / bracelets / necklaces / other jewellery. I understand all about the misery of nickel allergy, as I suffer quite badly from this problem myself. I have therefore tested all of the findings likely to cause any problems on myself first, so that I am happy to offer such items for sale, but if you feel that even a low level of nickel may be a problem for you, or (in the case of a gift) for the intended recipient, then I would not suggest that you purchase such items.

Colour Reproduction - I have made great efforts in photographing my items to ensure accurate colour reproduction. However, monitor settings vary greatly from one computer to the next, so please understand that the actual colours may be different from the ones shown. I have tried to accurately describe the colours of each piece in the descriptions
